What do I do with the egg? - Spanish Chicken

Hi I'm looking at the recipie for Spanish Roast Chicken - Jamies Dinners page 216.

Ingredients ask for a beaten egg but it isn't mentioned in the method.

Do I brush the chicken or does it go in the gremolata?

It's an error.  There's no need for an egg in the recipe, it shouldn't have been included in the list of ingredients.

Thankfully I haven't come across any, which may otherwise have resulted in momentary panic.  I only know about this particular egg because it's been asked so many times before!   wink

Home-made chilli vodka.  I wept copious amounts of tears immediately after this picture was taken.  Hot stuff.  Makes bloody good Bloody Marys though!   wink
