Pork Medallions

Hey guys,

here's a recipe I love to make:

Pork cut into medallions
Wrap bacon or proscuitto around each medallion
Heat pan with olive oil and cook medallions each side for 1-2 minutes

At the same time make a white sauce
Add a mild cheese (I like mozarella)
Cook off some bacon bits in a pan then add to cheese sauce
Then put the pork medallions into an oven proof dish and cover in cheese sauce

Cook on about 180c for between 12-14 minutes

Serve with a pasta...
