Spinach strudel
I realise this sounds very strange but trust me its really great!
Get some puff pastry, roll it out til its pretty thin
Some fresh spinach leaves and steam them with a little garlic chopped (the garlic that is not the spinach) til the spinach was wilted
Put on top of the pastry some ham all along the pastry to layer the base
Put the spinach on top of the ham and put grated mozarella on top of the spinach
cook on 180c for about 25-30 minutes til golden brown on top
There is also a variation to this with chicken breasts, seal off a few chicken breasts and lay them on top of the spinach and cook. Trust me when you cut into this, you have a mix of spinach, cheese and chicken its soo delicious!
