A year or so ago, Jamie introduced me to the joys of celeriac, with the Happy Days book. I prepared the dish again the other night -- it's the best recipe I've found for celeriac, which is not that well known in NY.
I had some vaguely vegetarian guests over -- they eat fish, but I wanted a veg somewhat off the beaten track, and Jamie's smashed celeriac was it. Easy-peasy and very tasty!
