Garnishes

hey,
i am cookin at skool on monday and we have been told that we need to use a garnish for what we are making.
we are making corn tortillas with different fillings. i kno that its not a hard task, but i am after some suggestions.. something different. any ideas?

Not really a garnish, but looks nice enough. Make up a salsa of tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.

amber, I suppose the question is "when does a garnish become a food?" I wonder if it's serving size. Perhaps a teaspoon of salsa is a garnish but a tablespoon is an accompaniment. I'm probably thinking too hard about this.
