Shammy, thanks for that. The marscapone lemon looks devine! I think I will have to cycle for an hour and go for a run before a little sampling, lol! The kids will love it though! I think we really need a YUMMY smilely icon here, lol.

Yes bcrain, "gelato" is Italian for ice-cream 
.
"Granita" means water ice or slush.
"Sorbetto" means sorbet or sherbet.
"Semifreddo" is a dessert/cake containing cream/icecream and therefore kept and served chilled.
