Chicken with orange juice (Fhoto)
Fry chicken in hot olive oil, only for a few seconds to get a golden color but not cooked. Remove a bit of oil and add a glass of natural orange juice and a drop of white wine. Let it cook for 20 minutes and make the sauce thick with agar agar.
