Hi Maree...

Sorry mate! I have been totaly snowed under at work over the last few days... I did a stage at a fantastic restaurant on Friday, then a long split shift back at the restaurant where I work full time on saturday, where we launched our summer menu...

Sunday was manic! I did a late night monday followed by a breakfast shift today!!! over 60 hours in 5 days!!!

I haven't even logged on to these forums for the last few days.... that is unheard of, usualy I log on to have a look, even if I dont post everyday!

I didn't catch your question mate! what was it?
