HI, my name is david and I'm writing from Spain and i'm really hooked up to your show. Here in Spain we can see you through CANAL COCINA, and I never miss a show. I tried some of your recipes and I must say that some of it really worked out like the italian potatoes style, but thers's other recipes I can't do because of the ingredients; I live in a rural place and some of the stuff you use is imposible for me to get, so I use 'alternatives', and some worked ok, but others....
