For Simon and Bob and others
Many people here have heard me rave about the quality of the fruit and Veg in South Australia and also other South Australians and myself have raved about Adelaides Central Market.
Yesterday I took my Camera with me to the market and took some photos of the market.
I have also started a blog at blogspot to show off our wonderful market.
http://lucindaslife-lucinda.blogspot.com/
It is a work in progress, and I will be adding photos over the next few weeks when I have time. Please note that I took these pics and if you want to use them please ask for my permission before you do so.

Wow
What a wonderful market! Thanks you so much for sharing the photos and creating the atmosphere.
Whilst we have good local shops, and a monthly farmer's market locally, there is nothing that sells the sheer variety that is seen in your photos, without travelling for long distances!

Smelly cheese...great name for a shop, It is a pretty good market to have on you doorstep, as it were.
What stuck me was ,there seemed to be so much room, our market seems so crowded in comparison.

that looks like a great market... my wife and i are lucky enough to live near some great markets... her parents live about 5 mins from two large farmers markets .. Waterloo market and St. Jacobs market we also have gone down to toronto a few times for the st. lawrence market.
The JeanTalon Market in Montreal has got to be the best one i have been to so far. here is a link to their website.

anyone who loves Food needs to go there if the visit Montreal.. It was a definite great day during our honeymoon in montreal.. We picked up fresh fruit and veggies there and some great bread and cheese and meat . the next day we took the Metro out to the St. helene island for a picnic. .. Yes the metro goes under the st. lawrence and stops on the island ![]()

The smelly cheese shop is hazardous to your waistline. They directly import cheese from france and the rest of Europe. Their prices are very good too.
