we have moved some topics so that they are in the relevant forum - don't take it personally, we do this for all the 'homeless' topics 
the Intro forum is for for new members to say hello and let us know a bit about themselves and where they're from
when chat moves on to more general stuff - then the Leftovers forum is the best place
Some people ask for recipes in the Intro forum rather than Recipe Swap etc so we generally do a bit of moving around to keep everything smooth

PS - for example - I'll move this topic to Leftovers as it's not an introduction at all but a 'leftover' chat - see what i mean!
