Oooh! Thanks Jamie for the new recipes in the newsletter, they look awesome! I will definitely look out for some watercress and pears and we always have great beef on hand so I will have to try out some of your recipes, thanks SO much! Looks great.. Yummy!

Any new ideas for mushrooms these days???

P.S Am going to try the peas with parmigiano soon. I am planting peas this Spring/Summer as well. Will have to cycle an extra 20 min for that one,  Still trying to catch your new show here in B.C... Hey! You gotta try skiing in Whistler when you get a breather if you haven't already, you would have a blast!!!! It's awesome! We have so many Brits here along with Aussi's. I swear there are more Aussi's here than B.C'er's, lol!
