Its Cold and when it cold i like to bake different breads. And make a some classic soups like brown onion soup (makes you very warm ) or a mix veg soup (just for something nice and warn ) with a twist . And some warm pudding like Malva pudding and Bread pudding. Jamie you bread Pudding looks good. Hot chocolate with dark black coffie and some orange zest for flavour and cream.

It was hot and humid yesterday and then the thunderstorms came.  Winds up to 60 mph and flooding in some areas.  What a ride that was.  The weatherman said it looked like a hurricane coming in because of the cloud walls.  I stayed outside and watched the clouds until the rain came.  Beautiful and treacherous sight to behold in one!

Today we are drying off, but no rain yet.

Rain is on the way, it's warm and mildly humid.  The regular rains have given us much more growth on the shrubs.  I can hardly keep up with the pruning.  The tiger mosquitos are out now, they bite during the day and can potentially carry diseases.  I'm regretting that I didn't get the yard cleaned up sooner.
