Re: Nora's Kitchen
Susanne, may be if it was eat in chinese then we could pass that
but sometimes it is nice to get comfy on the sofa, in front of the tv. Did you enjoy some wine with it?
And it sounds like a very nice cut you have. I do like a visit to the hairdressers for a good freshen up.
I don't think we have any laws here about how long you can work to and how soon after birth you can return. I would stop now if I could.
Ann, I have missed you too
and thanks for the foot rub .. very relaxing. Speaking of feet, I tried to paint my toe nails today as our weather is very much like spring now. I did manage but I think the next will be a visit to the beauty therapist for a pedicure .. a little indulgence ![]()

Re: Nora's Kitchen
Michelle, speaking of painted nails. I asked OH to paint mine for me when I was heavily expecting, I really shouldn't have, he had no idea
Now that from a man who can do practically anything with his hands!
I hope everything continues to go well for you ![]()

Re: Nora's Kitchen
Shammy, I can think of one thing that would be worse than OH trying to paint my toe nails:
OH trying to dye my hair.
Almost two years ago I had it dyed in a reddish color (actually I think it came out redder than I had bargained for..... ) at the hairdressers. I received some really nice comments about the color (that I found much too daring as it was, but several people thought I should get again), but one person suggested that I could save money by doing it myself , or - because I was doubtful how evenly I would get it done on my own - to let my OH do it for me. But there is just no way this going to happen..... ever....

Re: Nora's Kitchen
I would never let my OH do my nails or my hair. I tried to get him to pluck a hair for me one time and he took a gouge of skin with it!!
Sometimes I think he does it wrong so I won't ask him again!!

I think that's what they all do: break a couple of plates, never wash dishes again.....
Though when it comes to getting your skin taken off ... ![]()
Shammy, I think you are really brave
