Cooking tonight for Valentine's Day

Hi troops

Just curious to know (especially from our regulars)  if anyone is planning on cooking one of Jamie's menus tonight and then filming this for YouTube? I am having some friends over for dinner and making Anti Pasti (ala Fifteen - I have learnt so much from working there) and White Bean and Chorizo soup (I just can't get enough of this at the moment)

Hey capt, You could always cyber cook for all the others wishing to partake on the forum! Count me in, my hubs out taking all the lovers out spending money, to the places they want to spend it in! So looks like another night in on my own! Might tag along with my gorgeous daughter as well, not!  lol  thumbsup

Re: Cooking tonight for Valentine's Day

Actually tonight was interesting, as I did my first red wine reduction. I found a variety of recipes online, and ended up compositing several, I used 400 ml red wine, 250ml of home made chicken stock as it was handy, a couple of shallots, some celery sticks, carrots, 3 cloves roast garlic, pepper, thyme and some marjoram.

It turned out ok I think, but I have no point of reference, so who knows.
