Paella
Hi all, does anyone have a recipe for a chicken paella. Not keen on the one's I have seen as I am not a big fan of squid and prawns etc!

Hi Adam, you could use Jamie's recipe below and just leave out the seafood. It's made with chicken stock, not fish stock.

It is a really easy recipe, and works a treat. I have used it with chicken and it turned out wonderful.
