Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
I went true Brit style, 2 bacon sarnies on white bread (although I do prefer granary) with fruity sauce and a milky coffee with one brown sugar.

Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
I´ve had a full wheat bun with leftover chicken roast, salad leaves and a bit of leftover sauce from the chicken roast (onion and apple).
VERY lovely - shame all the leftovers are used up now!

Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
This would usually be brunch or lunch, but I have to be at work later, so we're having cappucini, corn toritllas with melted cheddar, Black Forest ham, smoked onion leftover from the habanero smoking project. ![]()

Uff, you take your time for breakfast, eh? I'd love having a nice breakfast with boiled eggs, freshly pressed orange juice, nice cup of coffee / tea, boiled ham, cheese, raw ham, freshly baked rolls,... Unfortunately I'm always short in time ![]()

Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
Does anyone else find if they eat breakfast, they are starving by lunchtime?
I rarely eat breakfast, and will only be a bit peckish at most by lunch, so it's not unusual that I skip it too. If I eat breakfast though, I'll be absolutely ravenous by noon and asleep by 3pm. ![]()

Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
If I don't eat breakfast, I feel constantly hungry all day no matter what I eat! I eat breakfast at 8am, snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, snack 4pm, dinner 8pm....RELIGIOUSLY!! At the weekends or days off, then it's just brunch and dinner with snacks of fruit or yoghurt in between... ![]()

English muffin with peanut butter and jam, and some coffee. That seems to be my usual breakfast most mornings! ![]()
