Re: Wheat free products in US

Anthony's Health Hut is a grocery store and restaurant in Lakeland, about half an hour from Orlando, we used it when mrp worked in the area.

Re: Wheat free products in US

I think if youre going to the west or east coast it would be easy for you to find what you need but if you are going to middle america you would find it VERY hard! Here are a few companies which might help you.

Hi MarkelH,

If you find yourself traveling again to the States, you may want to check out innatehealthfoundation.org/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page
It is a wiki site that caters to the food allergies/intolerances community and offers a lot of great resources for restaurants, food products, grocery stores, recipes, etc. What is great is that you can add to the site, so you can share all of your great finds:) I have found this site to be very helpful when traveling, as being wheat-free definitely has its limitations when dining out!
Hope you had a great trip!
