Pps.............for your general information, you will be pleased to know that as I approached the bottom of the bottle, the pain in said appendige decreased sharply!
I AM now a wine-o (having whined quite a bit as well as hitting the bottle with gusto)

Ppps..................where is our Geoff? He would have appreciated my pain............my advanced need for the lushness & comfort of the bottle in my hour of need!...........& would had also given us erudite comments on the art of the boot!

Oh Minnie - poor thing. I do sympathise with you though - and yes wine helps. I have heel spurs - caused by my overly tight tendons pulling the muscles away from the bones so have some experience of your pain.

The funniest thing is you boot look sa lot like the boots my OH bought earlier this year for dirt biking. Looks like he is trying to relive his childhood StarWars games.

These are close to what his look like - onnly his are black where these are blue & his have big metal toe guards on them. Along with his white , silver & black motorX helmet he looks just like a Stormtrooper.
