Can the website editor clear up this matter casue I too am in the process of making this dish from the website recipe and am hoping for great Jamie shanks!

it's the inner pedant, hard to control
They are a fun set of laws. I like the second one, helps to explain messy rooms (all systems tend to a greater state of disorder, or words to similar effect). Gotta love entropy. Or at least that is how I choose to interpret it.
