What are you BAKING today?
I'm itching to bake something today. I have no eggs so that makes lots of what I like difficult but not impossible. I may have enough apples for apple crisp. hmmmmm. Will have to go look!
So what are you baking today???

I Just finished roasting a slab of pork belly, I have no intention of going back to that oven today!

Stuffed cabbage, stuffed tomatoes and stuffed courgettes...found a great butchers in a next town and prepared all at home this evening..served with basmati rice and a tomatoe sauce

I made cupcakes, three cakes, two crumbles and a loaf of bread in the past three days. We're sorted for baked goods until, err, probably tomorrow.

I ended up baking nothing. Didn't get to the store to buy eggs and I really wanted to do something with a dough.
Anna, holy cow!
Jutta, did you ever see Nigella's marguerita ice cream?! Looks SO good but obviously for adults only!

I was going to bake eggplant parm, too but guests did not show up and I wasn't about to do all this just for me at this time of night.
