Robin, i have placed my chili plants behind the patio windows for the winter, how do i keep them happy? There is never much heat where they are, it rarely goes above 16°.

Hi i have a young son is intolerant to amines, msg (both natural and unatural), dairy,preservatives and most colours. Has anyone got any recipes that have none of these things in them? I hope i am posting in the right place. ![]()

Hi Kye,
Good to hear from you. Most chilli plants can be kept like perrenial houseplants overwinter. I would prune them back lightly and mist the leaves once a week. Also don't let the soil dry out.
Is it a light patio window - this would be good too.
