Hi, Lozaro and welcome to the forums. Where in Italy are you and what are your concerns for your area?

Hi, I'm a newbie here, but I'd love to know what kind of recipes you're looking for Lozaro, as I've got some lovely Italian recipes that I cook all the time, that are really simple, which I think is the best way to start if you want to get people cooking & eating better food.

Re: MINISTRY OF FOOD IN ITALY
Hello! I'm a newbie here too.
I'm Alice and I'm Italian. My english is not very good, but i want to try to share recipes and other stories about food and ministry of food.
I feel luky 'cause my country have a long time tradition about healthy and tasty food. I learn to cook from my grandma and by myself when i was very, very young.
How can i promote Ministry of Food also in Italy?

Re: MINISTRY OF FOOD IN ITALY
The only "kid food" I know of in Italy is Kinder bars and I eat way too many when I'm there!
But seriously I think maybe Grandmada would know as she's the resident Italian who's still living there.

Don't know if this is available in Italy or not but you might want to look for it.
