For years we had a simple recipe for Chicken Korma in my house...
1 Telephone
1 Takeaway Menu from the local Indian Takeaway
1 Visa card.
Then I decided that it was time I learned how to cook it for myself and never looked back.
I encourage everyone to cook their own now. It is so much fun and so satisfying when you finally find a recipe you are happy with.

Maybe it was just me (and my family) but something was missing. I had to add extra spices so it had enough flavour. I suppose it has alot to do with the heat and spice you are used to.

I am trying to find best bbq chicken recipe. Today, I am going to celebrate birthday party of my son at my home and my friend insisted me to have chicken in the menu.So i want it to be the best.

I made this tonight, but forgot the lemon juice and coriander leaves. It was still very good, especially with the cinnamon rice!
I substituted the yogurt with plain coconut yogurt (I'm non-dairy), couldn't tell a difference!
