lovely , its amazing how quickly the Pizza cooks in those ovens isn't it .
When I did the pizza and pasta making day with Gennaro , he had a small long handled pizza shovel as well , this we popped under the pizza to enable us to turn it round , the larger pizza shovel we used for getting the pizza into and out of the oven,.,( . if I remember correctly !).
I would love a pizza oven myself but my garden is very small and in Wales , uk , it rains a lot !!!

Had great pleasure today....in working a Clay oven for "Paulthebread"...A clay oven built for a community ....and used on a regular basis. Baked about 60 pizza;s in 3 hours.
It was great fun for all and the Clay oven produces really good results..... Here's the Clay oven we cooked in....

My only disappointment is that nobody has given this beautiful oven a name.....any idea's???
