I have a question about one of your restaurants and if they are opening one in hong kong because im from HK and it would be a life dream if i would be able to meet him when he does come to HK i want to be a chef when i grow up and am a very amatuer chef at the moment i am a huge fan i have his cookbooks and his tv series and when jamie does come to HK he will meet my brothers friends dad and his friend ben smith and i really hope that i could meet jamie

I have been trying to get a response from someone at JamieOliver.com for over 8 weeks. No one has bothered to get in touch with me. This is in relation to a product fault.

Hi Jamie,
Can you use orinary flour ie plain or selfraising for Pasta, as I live in a small market town in Norfolk I cant find pasta flour in our town supermarkets.

I wouldn't use the self raising flour, but your plain flour should work. Good luck! ![]()

Hi. My 10 yr old daughter has written a letter to send to Jamie about her school lunches. She is very upset about how unhealthy they are, and she wants to get involved. I am looking into the Food Revolution kit as well, but she has her heart set on mailing her letter. Is there a physical address that we can mail this to?
