Hey Eddie! For all of us neophyte computer illiterates like myself all I could figure to get my avatar uploaded was I had to crop the heck out of it to get into the parameters required. 10KB and 80 x 80 pixels. I know there is a way to change it with out having to crop it down so small you can't see anything but I'm just not sure how.
Maybe Eric the Web Guy can type out a little tutorial on the subject.

You could send it into the office for them to make a smaller size, Dougs.
You are welcome send it to me (email on my profile) and I will make it smaller for you with photoshop and send it back to you.

Hey guys, after reading through this thread, I think I'll have a go at making me an avatar - after I go shopping for one and then if I can't manage to make it the right size, I'll send it to you, JoyYamDaisy, to fix it up for me, ok
