Sitting here feeling extremley groggy headed..... 
i think its decided, for the last two weekends (including this one) ive only drunk wine on the Friday and Sat eve.... but i really dont like the feeling the next day. So thats it no more alcohol for me. I now need to search out decent non alco wine for the weekend.

Having another day off work to volunteer at school..
Crazy I must be..
If I could have gotten someone to do canteen today I would have.. I will have 3 days of unpaid leave from work this pay cycle which is just nuts this close to xmas.
It does mean more time with the kids which is awsome.
