hi there and welcome.
Salads on a diet can get sooo boring so its vital to keep em' fun.
How about;
Chopped iceberg lettuce, sliced ham, black, olives, baby cherry toms, grapes, baby mozzarella balls, and drizzles of balsamic glaze.
You could also add a fresh fig or two....
A couple of things there may sound naughty but just a few of them should be fine i would have thought.

I have been making this lately as I have fresh beans and cherry toms in the garden.
I have also added some little new potatoes from the garden which also goes well with the dressing.
