Mmmm... pie is always good! I so wish that I could use Guinness in mine Christian, I do miss the flavour that it adds. But, thanks to being gluten intolerant, I have to miss out on the good things ![]()
Last night I had porridge for dinner. Was far too tired to bother cooking anything and our weather is totally miserable still so I tend to revert back to simpe classics on nights such as this.

I did make the zucchini/basil/paarmesan soup that appears on our menu plan for the week.. but no one felt like eating it last night so we gaave in to the family wide craving for deep fried & had chips & potato scallops.. ![]()

I feel sorry for you. Is there any chance the gluten intolerance changes again?
I have a friend, who can from time to time eat things she can normally not.

Half cooked brownie batter with vanilla icecream.
There was soup before that but the chocolate overload has almost killed me..
Im not normally much on sweets & now I know why.

Here i am going to make something with carrots...think i'll put some melted butter with sugar and mint leaves on top....big steamed potato in the skin to go with that...
