The 30 inute meal programs were a while ago here in the UK , but I do remember that the food processor used in the shows was a Magimix .

I also know that  an enameled  cast iron shallow lidded pan was used both with and without its lid,
There are various makes of these cast iron pans Le Cruset , being one of the most well known and I know that I have seen some in Jamie Olivers own range of pans for sale in some of the shops here in the UK.

There were also some white enamelware baking tins used for roasting etc , these are made of a lighter metal and go in the oven for things like roasting, grilling or baking foods.

As for ther pans , I think I remember a TEFAL range fry pan , this had a red circle in the cookinf surface which is an indicator of the pan getting to the correct heat.

I am obsessed with mine as well MsK as I could not anage without it !!
