Yesterday I had a lovely bench full of produce my sister had brought me from the farm garden.
So I made Roasted Ratatouille and nutty brown rice (that I managed to cook perfectly, yay!).
It will be my (even quicker) quick lunch of today too!

my lunch was yesterdays leftover pasta , popped in a small oven proof dish , covered with sliced  tomato and a little cheese and baked , very nice it was too.

I have dhal/daal in my lunch box today.

There is another container of tomato & olive salad

Yet another of leftover sausages & mash

And another of "black" grapes.

This should keep me going at work for a few days..

Toasty savoury muffin
with avocado and semi dried tomatoes salad (both ingredients from my friends gardens, with lots of added herbs from mine)
and bacon
and a big dollop of pretty pink cream cheese

fresh made brown bread and a wedge of well ripened caembert
