Re: Whats For Supper?
We had a family get together at Qualia Lounge, a cool eating place that my daughter loves and sometimes helps out in the kitchen. She has been working to get us there for months.
It was delicious food, we let the chef go for it and just kept eating the things he brought out until we were full.
I had quite a few firsts: blue corn (as chips!), truffle oil (in the aioli with the tower of triple fried chips), prawns (with chorizo on corn grits) and the corn grits. All delicious. There was also grilled watermelon and feta, and arancine.
It was a lovely evening. ![]()
