Barbequeued spare ribs tonight, with a lovely big salad to go with them! Raspberry and blueberry cocononut ices for pudding.

BBQ chicken (with my own version of a KFC rub), marinated pork (in garlic, soy, ginger, chilli, & tomato puree) & h/m burgers........coleslaw, salads & crusty rolls.
Fruit kebabs & coconut ice-cream/mango sorbet for dessert.
Lots of beers.............it's been very hot today!

Some kind of pasta. I'm basically just cooking a bunch of veggies, adding some pasta and cheese, and calling it dinner. Hope it turns out okay...

Lamb and coriander meatballs with a sundried tomato, chilli and thyme sauce, served with sauteed mushrooms, rice, sauteed broccoli and peas, followed by nectarine clafouti for pudding.

hopsprouts frittata leftovers, sclupit/campion risotto, prepared for tomorrow-today wild asparagi from the seaside to become another risotto or pasta sauce (ricotta speck 
to be added ......... who knows?)

You can grill the asparagi Mada and put some evo on them and sea salt before you serve...lovely!
