Please excuse my blunder then re-blunder last night (with 2 glasses of champagne and open house with 8 x 21-27yr olds) i wasn't about to have seen that i had messed up pommes dauphine with gratin dauphinoise .... 1001 excuses

how do you make them kye? piped then baked? I would love your recipe for them.
