Pate a choux pastry dough mixed with mashed potato and deep fried until golden brown and delicious.  yummy

Please excuse my blunder then re-blunder last night (with 2 glasses of champagne and open house with 8 x 21-27yr olds) i wasn't about to have seen that i had messed up pommes dauphine with gratin dauphinoise .... 1001 excuses smile One can't be right all the time mrgreen  whistle

I am not a potato maniac, but i really do love my pommes dauphine yummy

how do you make them kye?  piped then baked?  I would love your recipe for them.

Also sorry if I seemed short with my replies last night, I was just trying to keep potentially confusing info straight.I can be quite straight forward when I am in goal oriented mode.
