well  been almost a year since i actually posted on here and lot happened in that time. ive since split with wife an moved back to brisbane and sharing house with my granddaughter and daughter. i have to resort to buying all the kitchen bits again as apart from basic pots an pans, all i have is french pan, dutch oven and a roasting dish. i dont mind as they are all cast iron, and i do have my oversized collection of knives.
im not whinging about splitting either, its happiest i been for a long time tho after finding steady work im going to need do some serious gadget hunting again.
all in all,  tis good to see you all again,  and ashen,  i found the perfect stuffing for chillies..couscous.
