I have been living in the Czech republic for nearly 2 years now. My wife cooks amazing food . I was missing English sausages , so she made some!! sausages better than I ever tasted in England! Curries to die for cooked using Raw ingredients, Herbs, spices etc. And the best gravy I have ever tasted too, made from vegetables , this is fantastic food. She is also something of a Guru on mushrooms, as most Czech people are. But I have to say she deserves her own TV show! Oh I forgot to say, Her Yorkshire puddings should win awards.
