Re: What did you find in your garden today?

I picked the first produce from our garden yesterday.  Some lovely salad leaves and radishes.  There was just enough to make a small side salad for each of us, but they tasted so good! thumbsup

The first spinach crop, weeds and my 15 year old cat getting into a Cat Fight!  shocked
Poor baby now so stiff and sore, he's too old for that sort of behaviour. evil

sad  Poor kitty, hope he's feeling better!

Family member planted tomato plants.  Now we're getting tomatoes (both the red ones and some little yellow ones).

Add bread and mayo for tomato sandwiches.   yummy

I hope your cat is recovering and didn't get any infected scratches Birdymum!

I only go to my garden to pick parsley at the moment, but I have seen little violets peeping through their leaves!

We get several types, I like the downy ones and the big guys, but they are all really beautiful and fun to watch, the flickers are exotic and a bit rare I think.

big_smile   I wish some of you could see the beautiful things we have here, but then, I wish I could see what you have in your world too.
