I am writing to inquire about the possible franchising of Jamie’s Italian. We are a leading restaurant/hotel group from Turkey, operating mainly in Istanbul. Our restaurants named The House Café are one of the highest regarded casual dining restaurants in Turkey. We became a chain in 2005 and The House café now operates in 14 separate branches, located in prime locations across the country. We also own three very high-end boutique hotels in Istanbul.
We have taken a particular liking to Jamie’s Italian and feel that it would make a great addition to the Turkish market. Foremost, we would like to know if Jamie is giving franchises of his restaurants?
