Re: Ask me a cooking question
Hi Jamie and other members! My 4 year old sons favourite dinner of all time is lasagna. Unfortunately tomatoes make his excema flair up badly. Does anyone have any good recipe to make a just as tasty beef lasagna without tomatoes?
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum taniajneeson , ![]()
Do you mean the part that goes on the Magimix and is like a large or
Hand juicer ....if you do then the juicer attatchement is simply for removing the juice from oranges , lemons etc .
It's will not be suitable for making a smoothie.
There is some sort of mesh looking drum shapped juicer attatchement as well but I have never owned one and never seen one in use do I am not sure about that.
I think that the best thing is to phone the Magimix number that is in the back of your handbook , I have always found them very helpful.
I have recently bought me son a Magimix and discovered that his came with a blender ring. I have never tried it but it might be worth asking is there is one avalible for the 5200 and how it works . .

Re: Ask me a cooking question
Hello and welcome to the forums.
I have a 5200 and just looked up the instruction book. No blender attachment/gizmo was listed under "optional accessories".
Mind you, mine is 5 years old so things may have changed.
Suggest you do as Mummza said and contact the number on your warranty registration card/ at the back of your book.
Good luck.

Hi Jamie, I hope you can help me. Can I use a cast iron griddle on a glass top stove?

By glass, I guess you mean an induction hob? I've used cast iron pans of all kinds on the one we had in our last place without any issues.

If its Induction there exists a unit (small disc) sold in the commerce to place between induction top and non induction pans etc.
The below thread has been really helpful to me, scroll down to Brits post #3
