Can't find recipe
There was a Jamie at Home episode where he did roasted beets and carrots. Red and golden beets, orange and purple carrots. Each was mixed with a different herb and a different acid.
I can't find this anywhere. Can anyone help me out? I don't even need the proportions, just the acids and herbs.

I think Pakman got the right recipe for you but there is also this salad which is unbelievably good, I make it often.

Yah, this recipe is easy to find but it isn't the right one. It is close though. The one I saw he used 4 different herbs and 4 different acids.

yeah that's not the first recipe on food network from one of Jamie's shows that isn't quite what he did on the show. 
Okay, he separated his light colored beets and carrots into 4 piles.
Light color carrots got Garlic, Sage and White Wine Vinegar.
Dark colored carrots got Thyme and Orange Juice.
Light colored beets got Garlic, Margoram/Oregano and Red Wine Vinegar.
Dark colored beets got Rosemary and Balsamic Vinegar.
They all got salt, pepper and olive oil.
