Looking for one of Jamie's bread recipes
A few years ago I saw one of the Naked Chef episodes (well at least i think it was the naked chef) and Jamie made bread that was laid out flat in a tray and then you poke it with your fingers to make little holes and on top it had rosemary i think.
I made this recipe once and now I can't find it.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

the above recipe is from Kenny Rankin , chef at 15 , he weighs all ingredients including the water.
