No Rice!
I know you will find this difficult to believe, but we ran out of rice yesterday!

I don't have much rice in the house, rice is my least favorite starch. Unless it's risotto.

As a Cajun i find that terrifying! I have regular long grain, jasmine, arborio, and brown....and that is on a low week..I must always have rice on hand.

The deficiency was corrected within hours. We live in the centre of the main rice growing area of Thailand therefore to run out was somewhat unusual.
