I'm going to make more red beans for me! They were so good. I will also do a chicken fried turkey breast.

You guys have opened my eyes to PUMPKIN! I made a very quick pasta dish tonight. I chopped up some pumpkin and roasted it in the oven with olive oil, fresh garlic and rosemary.  When it was done, in a pan I sauteed pancetta, added the pumpkin mix, deglazed with white wine,put in a pat of butter, added red pepper (a smidge), a handful of fresh spinach. I mixed it with torn pasta sheets....soooo good. It took longer to roast the pumpkin than it did to make the rest of the dish.

Oven roasted salmon, sweet potatoes and salad.

I've got a box of brandy snaps in the cupboard so may fill with cream & ricotta and have dessert on a week night.  Oooh, what a devil

Tonight I'm making a roast vegetable frittata and having a salad on the side.

are you still sharing the kitchen with Mr Pab?! good woman... nothing like a day off once in a while... 

tonight is a thick slice of goat's cheese in the oven with EVOO, thyme and a little honey drizzle, and some side green salad with lardons and french dressing.. and some baguette! felt like a typical french dinner tonight.. me think I might even have a bottle of Vouvray in the Fridge.. happy days...
