thank you Birdy, I have already done it once but then I let it go, this year I have been asked the procedure and thought i could do it myself again, the one with hopflowers is also a great temptaion, I have a bouquet hanging on the kitchen door, that swings when I pass near them, who knows

you are telling me you would like to see what's happening next
The first thing I did today even before having my first coffee was to peep under the wool scarfs ........... and it works!!!!

I discovered that on a site of the Chicago bakers (??) there are lots of information and videos about bread making, soudough and and and, I'll find them and paste from twitter
