Putting people up following a charity fair tonight, so we're having spinach and coconut soup to start, followed by chicken in pimento mayonnaise with a green bean, roasted red pepper and griddled courgette salad, followed by chocolate mousse.  Thankfully, it's all sitting in the fridge ready to go when we all get back.
