Bizarre but had leftover smoky beans with chorizo with a dry-fried egg atop and the last of cauliflower with lentils and tomato. Juice and lots of coffee either side of the food.
Needed protein today.

buckwheat with mushrooms. man it is good. but it is weird that the price of buckwheat goes up and down, up and down so much - from 3.45 to 0.99 to 1.50 in 5 months.

I feel so boring with my everyday coffee and apricot marmellata on toasted bread, before that I take a spoonful of pollen though 
it would be nice to see our kitchen tables with our breakfast ingredients all around the world in a video with the name of the nation or latitude, breakfast says a lot about climate
