Chilis (again)
My wife just came back from the local evening market with some prik kee noo chilis. She informed me that they were very, very hot. So I took a tiny bite just to check. That was 15 minutes ago. I think I'll live.

Prior to adding chilis to any dish, I have always just bitten the end off one to check on the heat in order that I can then adjust the quantities to suit my taste. That one yesterday was far, far hotter than any I have tried before.
They looked so small and innocent.

it would be fun to watch you test a trinidad scorpion chile like that.
I love the heat of those little thai chiles though . That is what I used in my Tom Kha Gai soup

Hmm, need to get hold of some of those as I ran out of Dorset Nagas last week and need something to keep the chilli fiends i live with happy while order is in the post... Are prik kee noo chillis widely available?
