Hello kindly folk of the forum world 
I'm a newb to Jamie's forum, but a fan and a keen home cook.

I'll have a look at that thread too. I'm a veggie so I'm alwaya on the look out for some new veggie xmas day ideas. I'm doing a trial run of my intended christmas veggie option at some point this week so I'll let you know how I get on and post the recipe up if it works.
