We had a very nice duck (Peking, not the method of cooking) and Basque-style duck mousse from D'Artagnon. I will order that again for a special celebration, especially the duck mousse. Cooking a whole duck is such a mess, I think I will get the pre-cooked half from Wegmen's next time.
